Subsidiary Firma Leda is one of the enterprises of Global ABC corporation and is one of the biggest Ukrainian distributors of domestic chemicals and health – and – beauty aids, and one of the first Ukrainian companies that created an effective system of logistics and distribution of its products. The company delivers its products via forwarders and sells them via the distribution and branch networks.
We operate more than 50 top brands and cooperate with so world known companies as Evyap, Hayat and Coster (all Turkey), Arnest (Russia), Formosa Plastics Corporation and Toyo Chemical Factory Ltd (Taiwan), Leo Corporation (China, Guangzhou).
Each year the Company vanquishes new heights by demonstrating a stable growth. Starting from 2004, we entered the market of Ukraine with our own trademarks, primarily due to professional marketing and impeccable quality – such are Vertox, Happy, Vis-A-Vis, Freshen, etc.

- management of office realty (organization, operation, leasing);
- raw materials and their components (it is engaged in raw materials supplying for Ukrainian manufacturers in such fields as polymer goods producing, household chemistry, varnish-and-paint industry, and paper industry).
